Meet Your Host

Hi, I’m Piyush Thacker — wildlife photographer, storyteller, and founder of The Nature Narratives.

After years in business and life’s constant firefighting, I discovered something simple but powerful:

nature slows you down, grounds you, and helps you see clearly again.

That’s why I created The Nature Narratives — not as a travel company, but as a way for burned-out founders and working professionals to step away from chaos and reconnect with themselves through immersive wildlife experiences.

I personally host and curate small, meaningful retreats across Central India — including Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve, Kanha Tiger Reserve and Panna Tiger Reserve — taking care of everything end-to-end:

  • Thoughtful stays

  • Slow, unhurried safaris

  • Permits & logistics

  • Pickups and drops

  • Trusted guides and drivers

  • On-ground support throughout your journey

This isn’t about ticking off tiger sightings.
It’s about slowing down.
Breathing deeper.
And returning home with a calmer mind and a clearer perspective.

If you’re carrying too much noise inside — come walk the jungle with me.

This is not a tourist safari. It’s a reset.

"Nature is not just a getaway, it’s a way to ground ourselves and see life’s bigger picture."

As someone who’s visited Tadoba, Pench, and Kanha many times, I didn’t expect anything new—but this trip with Piyush was on a whole different level. With 6 safaris and 10 tiger sightings, and every location coming alive with stories from our guides and drivers, this was more than just a trip—it was an unforgettable experience.

Everything was perfectly arranged—from Nagpur pickup to a comfortable stay, great food, and thrilling safaris. We were incredibly lucky to spot tigers in 4 out of our 6 drives at Tadoba. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, all thanks to Piyush and his team!
