At The Nature Narratives, we curate exclusive wildlife experiences and offer select nature-inspired merchandise.
Please read the following policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.
By confirming a transaction on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Wildlife Tours, Safaris & Experiences
Due to the highly regulated nature of wildlife tourism in India and advance coordination required with forest departments, hotels, and local transport providers, all bookings are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
1.1 No Cancellation
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or rescheduled under any circumstances.
All bookings are final.
1.2 No Refund
We follow a zero-refund policy for all wildlife tours and workshops, including but not limited to:
Participant illness, change of plans, or travel delays.
Park closures, weather conditions, or limited wildlife sightings.
Force majeure events such as strikes, lockdowns, or natural calamities.
If a tour is cancelled by The Nature Narratives due to unforeseen operational reasons, we may, at our sole discretion, offer an alternate date or a credit voucher for future use.
No monetary refunds will be issued.
1.3 No Substitution
Safari permits are non-transferable and issued in the participant’s name as per forest department regulations.
Therefore, name changes or substitutions are not permitted once permits are booked.
1.4 Wildlife Sightings
Wildlife sightings — including species such as tigers — are not guaranteed. Our experiences focus on ethical, educational, and responsible travel. No refund or credit will be issued for missed sightings.
2. Merchandise Purchases (Prints, Apparel & Collectibles)
We strive to ensure every product you receive meets our quality standards.
However, as many of our products are made-to-order or limited edition, returns and refunds are available only in specific cases.
2.1 Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery only if:
The item is damaged, defective, or misprinted on arrival.
You received an incorrect item.
To initiate a return, please email us at explore@thenaturenarratives.com with your order ID, description of the issue, and photo proof.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
Customized or personalized products.
Items damaged due to mishandling or normal wear and tear.
Digital products, gift cards, or downloads.
2.3 Refund Method
Approved refunds (for defective or incorrect products) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of product receipt and inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
2.4 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product back.
We recommend a trackable courier service to avoid loss or damage in transit.
3. Travel Insurance (Recommended for Tours)
We strongly advise all participants to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance that covers cancellations, delays, and emergencies before booking.
